Who lost a tooth

No, not me.
Gracie lost a tooth last night after much tugging and pulling and twisting.
A few of us have been sick the last couple of days. I was up most of the night and had a fever at one point. I hate it when I can't breathe.
Its been sunny warm and humid, no rain in awhile.
I saw Wall-E last night, it was a cute movie.

Sky Watch Friday #41

I took this picture last week. This week, the sky has been pretty boring. Plain Blue, the only clouds are a few in the morning.




We are, I believe, in a drought or headed that way. We should have had over 4" of rain so far this month but we've only had less then an inch. The next chance of rain is Tuesday.
Today is supposed to be humid, so the summer weather is a comin'.

This was taken in New York, one of my last New York Pictures.




This picture was taken at sunrise from the Marriott hotel across from LaGuardia Airport, the day before I left New York.

I am now in Mississippi and I will start with South Mississippi skies next week.

Nice day

Today was a nice day, sunny and not hot or humid. I watched Bedtime Stories with the kids last night. It was ok. I think the hampster was the big hit of the movie.
I bought Nu South Alabama, strawberry-Lemon soda at the dollar store. It doesn't taste bad.

Swap Meet

We had an interesting day at the swap meet. Me, DD and DGD went it was a nice day out. DD got yarn at $1 a skein. DGD got jewelry and sunglasses.
She definitely has movie star taste in jewelry.
THe owner of one of the booths read our palm for free. It was interesting. He got something right and some wrong.

I got this statue at his booth, I think its a Jewish Bride, anyone have a clue?

Cloudy day

We are due rain the next 3 days.
I like cloudy days, but not rain. I don't like sunny days. Plain blue skies are so boring.
The kids like my laptop. Here is Grace playing on it. She likes to go to Teripets. Its a cute place. I used to play on a site called neopets and this place is similar.
I have an easter site that has games on it that Liam likes to play on.
I've been playing games on Facebook lately. They are fun. I hardly play on Runescape anymore. I will be losing my membership on that soon.

In the Cave :)

Its great being here with my grandkids, daughter and son-in-law. He did a fantastic job building my room. He calls it the Cave, because there are no windows and I like that name :)

The kids have off for Spring break and we are due some storms today.

I'm still unpacking boxes. I threw everything in the armoure(?) and will sort everthing in there next. I am using Grace's quilt for now. It was made by our friend Billie a few years ago and its fantastic.
